This item is exactly as described. Be sure to determine the hole pattern that fits your wheel before installing it on your vehicle. You may only install the tire mounting bolts when the bracket is removed from the vehicle. I found that the tire mounting bolts are a bit too long. I had to try all three screws before I found one that barely fit (slight differences in screw length saved me). Otherwise this mount has served its purpose. In my case, the tire is far enough away from the tailgate surface that it doesn't touch the spare tire bumpers, but the mount is very secure.
