Works great as M2 screw damper and mechanical keyboard stand
I used these on a custom made mechanical keyboard. I only needed 5 so I ended up with 995. I needed a way to cushion the PCB when using different height racks. The rear stays were 12mm, the middle 10mm and the front 8mm. They acted like rubber buffers between the posts and the panels. I also think they will work great for locking out some clicking switches.
