Good first. The steps are very well made and easy to assemble. The steps are worth the cost paid. Now for the bad. As other reviewers point out, the included hardware is useless junk. The first screw was cut in half with some socket wrench strength. The head of the first metal Phillips screw broke off trying to tighten it. I immediately switched to the best gear I was lucky enough to have at home. My recommendations to others during installation. Only tighten the screws firmly. The slightest torque will break them in half. If your application calls for metal Phillips screws, make the pilot hole one size larger so you don't have to remove the head, or better yet, use a stud head screw. Without the facilities I would have given 5 stars.
