If you use X-ACTO knives a lot like me then this is the board for you. I often make things out of foam and have the X-ACTO foam cutter to match, but using cardboard on a hard table was annoying. It would get stuck in there, slowing me down and probably dulling the razor too. I have this because it is made by the same brand but mainly so I can cut knowing the knife is on a surface designed not to dull and cut it. All I can say is that it does what it is advertised to do. . Cuts will go away on their own, so this thing will last for many years. I also cut styrofoam on it and it was nice to know that I could press as hard and as deep as possible instead of holding back a bit to avoid cutting cardboard like I used to. The mesh is great too. I bought it here for about half the price of other online stores, so I think I've won. So if you use X-ACTO knives a lot and need a board that isn't too small to fit almost any project, or too big with more space than you need and a steep price tag, then this is perfect for you She.
