The build quality of this hub is very good. The chassis feels solid metal and the cable feels stiff. The hub comes with a nice travel case and is nicely packaged. Unfortunately, this hub does not work smoothly with my mouse. The mouse is one of those wireless mice that has a small USB transponder. The mouse twitched intermittently when connected to a hub. Sometimes when I wake up the computer from sleep, the mouse freezes completely. I don't have these problems if I connect the USB transponder directly to the computer. JAVONTEC staff were very accommodating when I reported these issues. When I informed them of my issue, they immediately sent me a replacement unit and then gave me a full refund when the replacement also had the same issues. It was a pleasure working with them.
