The line test was inconclusive based on the manual so I emailed customer service because the manual said they would replace the test if that was the case. Initially, the support rep was quite responsive and emailed me an updated manual, which I found odd as I had only ordered the product a week earlier. He said my result was actually positive, but I didn't test properly because I didn't run the water long enough beforehand to clear my lines, which the instructions didn't say. Because of this, I asked for a replacement and received no reply after that. The dialogue was very cordial the whole time, only without further answers. I would suggest spending the extra money on a test that you actually send to a certified lab.
