Wrong size water pump seal
Belt, tensioner, spring and water pump seemed fine. The water pump seal was too large and could not be used. The photo shows the Delco AC kit gasket (above) compared to the original gasket (below). Although the shapes are similar, I was unable to fit the gasket into the new water pump's groove - there was probably 1-2 inches of excess gasket material around the perimeter.
