I bought this for training in our backyard to give our dog more freedom and also to give us the ability to stop him remotely if he ignores his feedback. Overall it gets the job done, but it's THIN so it can easily break depending on use. Love the glow in the dark and the storage bag. At first we liked that it looked more like rope (but with a softer texture) because it was easier to assemble and store; Be warned though...if it gets on your skin, like your knuckles or anywhere on your leg, it won't be long before you get a really nasty burn on the rope when your dog takes off. It happened to my husband, daughter and I, although I paid close attention. This can very easily lead to injuries. Because of this we stopped using it and went back to nylon lines... less likely to burn the rope with it. If you choose this item, I highly recommend wearing pants when using it!
