Let me start by saying that the lock looks well made and was easy to install, both physically integrated with the Wyze app and set up with Alex. All of this went smoothly and without any problems. But as far as the lock working reliably, especially with the auto-unlock feature, that's another matter entirely. I can lock and unlock from the app just fine. But the auto unlock feature should unlock the door when I get home, depending on GPS location and Bluetooth proximity to the lock. " is supposed to be destiny. It was one of the great features I was hoping to use. Without it, I'm not sure I can save the castle, so it might be on the way back to Revane. Extremely disappointed.
