This was a great easy upgrade for our 'NEW' home. We had sticky gold handles all over the house and wanted to switch to smooth, oil rubbed bronze. Switching was easy and we ordered enough for the whole house. Not a single problem. It was also easy to swap out the left grip for a right grip with the simple tool provided. I would definitely recommend this to anyone considering selling their home as it is a simple, elegant upgrade that definitely adds value. They are durable and there are no cheap things here! Make sure you have a Phillips head screwdriver as that's the only tool you'll really need for this project. We simply hid the bedroom door unlocking mechanism on top of the door frame in case it gets locked accidentally.
