Arrange some mid 90's style bright brass knobs throughout the house. They started replacing them (on the first floor) with these updated bronze handles. I bought these knobs to replace all the cheap knobs in my industrial home. The only issue I had was that my doors have a 7/8" latch hole and these (standard) latches require a 1" hole. I struggled to increase the size of the existing holes and then found through trial and error that I could just drill the holes with a smaller wood drill bit. I love the look of this lever. My only caveat is that switching handles when they need to be installed on a door that requires switching is a real hassle.
