Cut 1-1/16 " steel bar with little wear

I started by cutting the pallet where the saw might hit nails or rebound. Around 1999 I removed a 25 foot TV Antenna mast near my house.The base was mounted on the tapered end of a 1-1/16" diameter steel pole driven deep into the ground. I couldn't get the pole sticking out 5" from the ground move. For 20 years the hazard has been wrapped in pink tape for visibility. The cutting disc removes it cleanly and quickly. damage the wheel by softening the resin. By gently pressing I was able to avoid twisting the wheel in the groove and it could damage.was 106.4mm.The new wheel was 106.8mm.I would call it barely broken in.
