When the item arrived the shipping box was in perfect condition so I know there was no damage in transit. When I took it out of the box, the wooden box literally fell apart. .The top and bottom are only 1/8 inch thick and if they were glued at all it was poorly done. The joints are loosely joined with no visible glue holding them together. The guides on the inside for organizing and holding the bits were poorly glued, and the paper-thin wood on the back of the case was torn off. I think it was due to the weight of the bits themselves. Balsa would be stronger. I haven't tested the bits to see how strong they are. so far, but I was immediately totally disappointed with the purchase. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone I like or even remotely familiar with!
