The ease of setting up an account, creating tickets for customers with their own unique profile pages is great! I have been able solve all my customer's problems in one place rather than having them call me or send emails that are never returned/read by staff members who don't care about solving issues like this at scale (it seems they only get around it when there’s $$$ involved).
It would be nice if we could create custom tabs within our accounts but as far back-end options go - you cannot do much wrong here so no complaints from us yet :) Just make sure your support team has experience using something similar because getting used will take some time especially since not many companies offer such services out side US & Canada where most people reside now days!! Integrations into other platforms can sometimes require more steps then necessary which slows down process flow too often resulting less satisfied users due lack attention span / patience during onboard.
