Terrible customer service
This watch was great for a maximum of six months. Then the second hand behaved as if it got stuck. It will twitch in place but not move around the dial. As a result, the other hands did not move and the watch got stuck at the same time. I called the customer service number on the back of the watch (which also mentions the warranty) three times in one month. Nobody ever answered. Every time I've left a detailed message with my name, number, problem, model number, and order number, no one has ever called back.
