This solid piece of aluminum is by far the best passive cooling solution for Raspberry Pi 4 to my knowledge. It beats my Flirc case by >10 degrees C! I looked at probably a dozen passive cooling solutions for the Pi 4 and bought 2 (that and Flirc). What I also really appreciated is the precision of the workmanship - all the parts fit together perfectly. And all the screws are the same, which makes assembly very easy. The only downside, as others have said, is that the micro HDMI cables don't extend far enough since the Pi's connectors aren't flush with the inside of the case. I had to trim the bar on my micro HDMI cable by about 1mm and after that everything worked fine. Another potential downside is that it's a bit pricey. But definitely best in class. Not exactly mass produced so you would expect it to be a bit pricey.
