Ideal for protecting RV water hose from freezing.
This is the second heater I have used to get the water flowing in my van hose. So far this winter we've had four days in a row where temperatures dropped to 7 and only rose to 22. The line did a great job of keeping the water hose from freezing. I connected a heat pipe to a water hose with electrical insulation tape, then wrapped it in foam pipe. Then tape the styrofoam to keep it airtight and to help with the extra insulation. I know it's not what it was designed for, but it does the job.
