Great experience for managing client services

The ability of having multiple channels available, such as email tickets or chat with customers via their website etc., makes it easier than ever before when dealing directly in person through our call center agents! It's not very intuitive at first but once you get used to how things work (and there are many tutorials online) then everything runs smoothly from here onwards :) I think that if they would implement more features like ticketing system integrations - this could be one step ahead towards becoming an even better product overall!! We're solving customer support issues across various platforms including phone calls/chat sessions & emails sent by them regarding any issue related around software we provide so far no complaints have been received yet though!
