Installed on a 3 year old Shimano Alivio rear derailleur. The width of the wheel with spacers was 0.411 inches versus 0.32 inches on the original. I filed down the outside of the spacers with a coarse metal file. It took several minutes to file and measure each spacer. I found that the hole in the spacers was slightly smaller than the diameter of the screw. The 3/16 drill solved this problem. I rode my bike around the area to check it out. Starts well, no more squeaking. I don't think the number of teeth on the original (13) and on this wheel (11) is irrelevant.
