Not sure it's really 4 ply
The fit was good and the straps were ok definitely not heavy duty. We ended up using additional bunge cords and straps. It doesn't seem like it's a 4 ply material. More like a 2. We will see how this winter goes with it. Midwest winter.

- Significantly reduces the need for repairs and maintenance
Cons
- Seams are not fully sealed, leading to leakage and water damage
