It was a bit awkward to connect to my iMac at first so I actually laid the iMac face down on my desk to get a better view of where I was working which really helped secure hub. Once plugged in, it looks really nice and blends in with the rest of the computer. I like that there is one less thing on the table under the monitor. It hasn't dropped or come loose on its own, and while I'm probably a little more careful unplugging the cables, it doesn't feel fragile or anything. It has enough power to charge an iPhone or an iPod when plugged in, but doesn't seem to do much for a GPS device etc. Memory card slots are something I didn't think I cared about, but they're nice to have out there for easy access and I no longer have to use that weird memory card that only worked half the time. Overall I'm very happy with this USB hub and glad I took the time to look around before just picking up any of the standard desktop types.
