$20 5000 lumens too good to be true? Spirit. The feeling I got when I excitedly pulled out my new toy and compared it to my 2,600 lumen standalone flashlight that comes with real mounts is only surpassed by the feeling you get when you discover that Sea monkeys don't look like advertisements or x-rays. Glasses don't work. Shame on me for thinking I could get 5000 lumens for $20. This light is bright, yes, of course. Is it even 900 lumens? No way. Maybe worth $20? Am I going to risk my life off-road with this? Damn it. Anger aside about the cable being too long and the battery strap bothering you more than necessary. Its bright light is at best 650-750 lumens in Max mode. It is lightweight and suitable for most outdoor enthusiasts. I gifted it to my 7 year old and it's bright enough to go his way but not good enough to serve my needs. I have the best flashlights that I know won't stop working even when wet, I know that they last a long time and can be installed safely. will never use it. It's $20 I think, by comparison you get more than what you pay for but don't expect 5000 lumens as advertised.
