Works well. A small caveat.
So far I am satisfied with this purchase. Attach to the crossbar of your door frame to perform ring pull-ups, dips, rows, and push-ups. Durable without signs of wear or damage after a few months. The only caveat (minor): carabiners can sometimes be difficult to thread through the numbered sections. It takes some time to figure out how to do it quickly. Still faster than the adjustable straps I've used before.
