This is a very beautiful window, easy to install and a great addition to our basement. Window sizes were within 1/8 inch, a slightly smaller body size, which is better than being too big. 2 small problems with the window. The plastic flange broke off straight from the packaging (well-padded box with foam inserts). and shards chipped off at the corners. This wasn't a problem, however, as the window trim covered it. The second problem is that there is no handle on the inside of the window frame to grab hold of to move the window. A small comb or ledge A simple design change could have solved this problem at the factory. I used some CA glue to add my own small handle. Without that handle, renting a small plastic folding latch lever to move the window would certainly result in that it breaks time.
