Review on Mr. Gasket 8091 Performance Braided Hose Sleeve Kit - Blue, 0.250 inch by Robert Sisco

Bought this a few years ago to upgrade the engine bay of my '78 El Camino with a factory 350. Bought this kit for the blue caps. I also bought a Specter Outfit Kit for my 81 K5 Blazer with 350. I had some free time over the Christmas holidays and decided to wear the Mr Gasket Kit. First thing I noticed is that you have to use dish soap and water to keep this working, very tight. After wrestling with it for a while and wiping down the leather, I finally put it on but noticed it was about 4 inches shorter. Luckily I had a ghost dressing kit that was very easy to put on and long enough. I'll still be using the blue caps, although I'll have to stretch them to fit. I would recommend going to Specter or another brand.
