These are actually 1mm, 3mm, 5mm and 6mm metric washers. These are not imperial pads. They correspond approximately to 1/32", 1/8", 3/16" and 1/4" True Imperial seals. With a single pad, differences don't matter much, but when you stack multiple pads on top of each other, the errors can add up. For example, if you stack eight 3mm (about 1/8 inch) spacers, you'll only get 15/16 inches, not 1 inch. The error is 1/16 inch. I use these metric washers as washers in a pin setter and stack them on top of each other so I have to account for these errors.
