Bought this set to adjust the runners on several large kitchen drawers. I tried using wooden spacers but they were too thick. The range of thicknesses in this set is ideal.

I liked using these over standard tapered washers as you can find the right thickness and the piece you are equalizing is held in the shim area. and not just the thickest part of the conical spacer.

Terrible value for money. You spend 10 minutes collecting pads because they exploded in transit. Can't tell the exact thickness, a cheap thin packet of Broadfix exploded in transit and immediately fell to the store floor covered in sawdust.

These are actually 1mm, 3mm, 5mm and 6mm metric washers. These are not imperial pads. They correspond approximately to 1/32", 1/8", 3/16" and 1/4" True Imperial seals. With a single pad, differences don't matter much, but when you stack multiple pads on top of each other, the errors can add up. For example, if you stack eight 3mm (about 1/8 inch) spacers, you'll only get 15/16 inches, not 1 inch. The error is 1/16 inch. I use these metric washers as washers in a pin setter and stack them on top
