If that sounds too good to be true. beware. There is nothing extraordinary about this dish. Food doesn't stick! This also applies to most cookware available today. The description says they are dishwasher safe, but the documentation that comes with them recommends NOT washing them in the dishwasher as the handles will discolour. I don't call it a dishwasher. Clear lids are good, but often there is so much condensation that you can't see the contents of the pot without removing the lid. They are light, almost too light. The outside scratches easily. I accidentally pushed the frying pan over the gas stove grate and the coating came off. I raised the pan, but not high enough. It was disappointing. I would keep looking for pots and pans and not stop there.
