The ease of use, it's ability to pull data from multiple sources (i like that you can add your own). I wish there was an API for other people/companies who would be able to integrate into their systems as well instead of using my email address with them every time they want something added or changed in our system - we need this functionality so others don't have to call us all day long about changes! We are solving problems by combining information across different channels including but not limited to calls center agents, web chat representatives, self service via mobile app etc. It has made collecting customer input easier which helps when trying to make decisions regarding products offered and pricing schedules amongst many things. This makes me feel more confident knowing what customers think vs just how much sales we see each month through phone lines alone.
