It's easy to use, it can be accessed from anywhere in our mobile devices with an internet connection regardless of location or time zone! There are some features that I wish were more intuitive such as creating new accounts for employees but those aren't too difficult once you get used to using them (like all platforms). The ease of use, it's ability to pull data from multiple sources (i like that you can add your own). I wish there was an API for other people/companies who would be able to integrate into their systems as well instead of using my email address with them every time they want something added or changed in our system - we need this functionality so others don't have to call us all day long about changes!
