It's easy to use, it can be accessed from anywhere in our mobile devices with an internet connection regardless of location or time zone! There are some features that I wish were more intuitive such as creating new accounts for employees but those aren't too difficult once you get used to using them (like all platforms). The customer service team has been very helpful when we have had questions about setting up services through their platform. We've seen significant improvements since switching over to this system so far - especially around compliance issues pertaining to health benefits administration/planning requirements which was previously something my department would handle internally before now being able to easily access via intake.
