The problem is that what you grind stays in the blade's cavity until it's compressed and wrapped in a knot that's just useless. 3. The problem is, when something finally comes out, it scatters in all directions. This is the worst junk I've ever bought. It cost a little more money than a replacement blade for my lettuce tosser. A salad spinner works better, leaves less mess and is easier to clean.
