Easy to use, very cost effective for what it does offer (support call centres).
The system has been fully tested as part of our own implementation project but with that we encountered some minor issues which were quickly resolved by their technical team. Their service was excellent throughout even when they weren't able or willing at times in resolving problems raised. So far so good! No major dislikes yet and I've only worked through one day's worth of tickets during my first week back from leave after nearly 3 months off sick due to Covid-19 - nothing too bad really although more staff would be nice!! We're looking forward implementing other modules soon such as ChatOps where calls can also go via chat rather than emailing ticket details etc., allowing us better control over workflows/pipelines without having someone physically available every time there are queries about.
