Fits perfectly and matches my old front door
I had a brass observer that I bought on Amazon but recently painted the door and wanted something a little more unusual. The hammer/viewer combination was perfect and fit right in the same hole. It was easier to unscrew the old one and unscrew the new one. I didn't need a screw for further attachment because it seemed to be quite tight. I keep it just in case.
