I've been taking L-Arginine for a while, I'm a different product. I decided to order this brand to increase my usage. The first time I took half a tablet, after 15-20 minutes my heart rate increased, my palpitations started, the pressure increased from 132/79 to 168/105. I was worried it was a bad reaction, maybe to something else I had been taking. So I waited a few days, tried again with just half a pill. 15 minutes later the same thing happened. It scared me to death and I almost fell into the hospital my heart was beating so fast. I don't know what's in this brand, this batch, what filler, but obviously not just L-arginine. Went back to my usual setup, no problem. Arterial blood pressure normalizes, palpitations are absent. I would not recommend this product, would like a refund!
