Basically I think it's a well made base. Although I haven't really gained any weight yet. I can't tell if it will live up to its 400-pound weight capacity. I think the weakest point will be the casters. You have to use a lot of force when using the cam levers to lower the base off the rollers onto the fixed supports. You knew this even though the roller studs are 10mm and all others are 6mm. However, the instructions and details are confusing. For example, one of the front wheel pivot pins is labeled m6-57 and also labeled m6-6. I understand 6 cm = 57 mm? The number of pieces in the instructions does not match the number of pieces in the box. The number of bolts/nuts just doesn't match. Luckily there were just (just) enough parts to make a reasonable build. It would be nice if they added some extra ones because you could make this thing stronger by adding some more M6 10mm nuts and bolts. The worst part of the instructions is for the rear wheels (fixed angle). Don't roll. It is not clear from the diagram where to place the plastic bushings. The assembly only shows 2 of them - although there are four. And it's not clear where they will serve any function. The manual also says to be careful not to overtighten these bolts or the wheels will not spin freely. If you assemble the item as shown on the packaging, it is not possible to tighten these screws to tighten the wheels. The wheels rotate freely within the rear rectangles. like that ? And as far as I understand, the jacks do not perform any function no matter where you place them. So? It has a valuation of 400 pounds. Is it if you assemble it in the maximum size stated in the spec? Or is it minimal assembly (if the bars and corners overlap to the maximum? If so what is the rating at maximum size? You can buy this and have security issues if it's not listed and is less than 400.
