Review on 🔪 PAUDIN 3.5 Inch Paring Knife - German High Carbon Stainless Steel Kitchen Knife for Precise Fruit and Vegetable Cutting, Chopping, and Carving by Sheri Wersal

At first I was annoyed by the damask pattern engraved on the blade. Cheesy! I now note in the description that they are honest, it's just a facade. So I can't accuse them of dishonesty, but I realize that the knife would be much "better" without that crappy decoration. What can I say, a good knife. The wood of the handle is pleasant to the touch; grippy but not too much, and the finish is decent. I have no idea if the shaft goes through the handle or how well the end is attached. If my daughter smashed it like she just smashed the ceramic scraps while carving a pumpkin, I would. Well she wouldn't break this knife but if I lost it I would most likely buy the same one again.
