Like other people, I received non-flat dado and vinyl products. If you are having this problem try flipping the blades and if the uneven pitch stays the same then the problem is with your shaft rotating the blades. The upper thread ends, and in front of the processed flat part there is a gap along which the single knife moves. Some people have said to fill that gap with duct tape or aluminum tape, but I found the best solution was to fill it with JB Weld and then sand it smooth. Got FLAT Dados now, very satisfied.
