I love how easy it is to use once you get used too! It's super intuitive if we're using our computers (we are in-house) but most of my coworkers don't have as good computer skills/are less technically inclined so that can be frustrating at times when they run into bugs or issues with formatting their notes etc.- which happens frequently because this software was built by nurses who were all very passionate about what makes them effective caregivers :) We've been able help patients feel more comfortable before discharge from NICU & hospital stay since starting over 7 yrs ago!!
