To clarify. The "ends" are the narrow sides of the kennel and the "sides" are the wider sides. The mesh window is located at the END of the lid on the flap that can be opened and rolled up for the END door. When you face the kennel and the END door is closest to you, the other flap that can be opened and rolled up is the RIGHT SIDE. The LEFT SIDE and the other END cannot be rolled up as the back left corner (when facing the open END) is sewn and has no zipper. One person described that the window was on the side. I only received ONE END and can fold one side. The fabric is comfortable. There are no clips to attach it to the kennel. So if your dog can pull a towel or sheet through the bars, choose a different bag. I leave the cover. and make adjustments if necessary as I was not able to purchase the same type of fabric as the inexpensive ones.
