Review on Passare by Scoony Taker

The support staff is extremely helpful! They always respond in minutes, even if it's just to say I understand your concern or comment about what they've said/done already; great people who care for our families' best interests. Sometimes their messages get buried due to spam filters so don't hesitate when replying: we appreciate hearing back from someone as soon as possible!! We trust Passerelle because they really seem able & willing toprioritize customer needs before anything else (i'm not exaggerating!). The team at passare is very professional, responsive & personable! They genuinely care about your experience when working together to plan for your loved one's service or memorial. I would highly recommend their services if planning an event in this area. Nothing so far!! We had our family member’s cremation here as well as his visitation/memorial which was wonderful.
