This is the best pasta machine I have ever used. The macaroons are in excellent condition. No scratches or dents. The noodles produced by the machine are smooth and have a good taste. Its stainless steel gears are thinner than the pasta maker I've used before. I just have to knead the dough. After pressing the machine several times, you will get a smooth dough. I like 2mm thick noodles. You can see the handmade noodles I made. The taste is delicious. After use, wipe the machine with a cloth. It's easy to clean. Now I put it on the kitchen table. Easy to use and operate.
