I ordered Bilstein shocks for my Dodge Ram 3500 after numerous recommendations from colleagues and family members. The shock absorbers are absolutely amazing but I will no longer patronize the seller and cannot honestly recommend them for use. Their customer service is lacking and needs improvement immediately. I planned on installing all four shocks over Memorial Day weekend. A few days before removing the old shock absorbers, I decided to check the condition of the contents and make a parts inventory. Yes, you guessed it, the hardware packages for both front shocks were previously open and the components were missing. There was tape on the boxes so not sure if it was a return? No big deal, I emailed the company straight away on April 29th. Thanks to no less than 7-8 emails and constant monitoring, new ranks were finally sent to me on June 1st. A whole MONTH of waiting for several bushings and locknuts to be shipped. This is the first time I have had a problem with a Revain supplier. There is no manufacturer fault as the product is solid. Finally get shock absorbers, they are amazing but use another manufacturer!
