If you got what I got it looks like this (parts list and assembly instructions are imprecise and unclear): 1) This plastic bag with nuts, bolts and washers (seems) designed to be able to mount your coffee grinder on this stand. That's what I used them for. But nowhere in the building instructions or parts list will you ever find out about it. 2) With the exception of the screw and washer that secures the power cord hook, all fasteners required to securely assemble the product are pre-installed and only require tightening with the supplied hex wrench. In some cases it may be necessary to loosen these fasteners slightly before one part can slide into or onto another part. Again, nowhere in the assembly instructions will you ever find out about it. 3) My Baldor 662R coffee grinder was easily and securely attached to the stand (using the nuts, bolts and washers included with the stand). I only used flat washers, not split washers. I've read credible research from mechanical engineers that shows split ring washers are more likely to loosen than flat ring washers when subjected to vibration. 4) I will update this review after using the grinder.
