This item says it was made to OEM specifications and appears to be. Fits like a glove, but note when installing there are two small flanges on the underside that literally 'snap' when properly aligned. If the screw holes do not line up, it is not installed correctly. Please note if you remove the old one and install in reverse order. Good tight seal between the seal (included) and the tailgate. And the clamps for the ends of the bars come with the latch, very happy with this purchase. A genuine parts advocate, but that's a savings of over $100 based on Toyota's list price for a replacement.
