Do not buy for reptiles and amphibians
Don't know what's wrong with this brand but out of 12 lights only 3 lasted long. They died within a few weeks, a few days, and the last one blew up as soon as I flipped the switch. It's not cheap. After speaking to reptile experts, they experienced the same thing. They are dangerous. Instead, I switched to a thermal heater. And yes, I used the right tool.
