I'd like to say straight away that I don't like grease guns. I usually have issues with them either not working or just not working consistently. I've used both manual and electric versions. and my results are always different. I needed to lubricate the lift motor assembly as well as the hinges on my trailer tailgate. I used the LockNLube end at work. and it worked great, which is why I went this route. Since I won't be using it often, I was specifically looking for a handheld device. I installed the lines and adapters without any problems, plugged in the tube of grease and started filling. there was some air I had to belch, but within a reasonable number of pumps. I had lube! Went out and smeared everything in a few minutes which was a nice change from what I had to deal with before. I really like the locking end - I had two fittings that were difficult to reach, but even when they connected at a slight angle - no problem. Overall the build is good and I really like how the hose clamps are attached to the storage device rather than always being ready to smear everything around.
