Never more than 2-3 tellers working and no business teller. There is always a line up so you have to wait long time.This bank has a friendly staff but there is always a line up. They have no business line so you have to wait in the line mixed with consumer accounts. No one ever comes out of the offices to help the line up.THE WORST CIBC BRANCH I've EVER WENT TO
I've been with CIBC for over 15 years and that was probably the worst service I've ever had.
There is unprofessional and racist at this giving a bad name to CIBC.Had an appointment at 2pm with an advisor to open a joint account. Took time out of both our days to be punctual during a thunderstorm. 10 mins later, no sign of him except a teller telling us that he's finishing up with a client (we are not I guess). 10 mins later still nothing and we ended up leaving after.
