I gave this product 2 stars because it really works. It was easy to program and will open/close the door. So far, so good. The problem with this opener is that it randomly opens the door WITHOUT PRESSING ANY BUTTON. Want to open your garage door at 3:17 a.m. so all your tools are visible to anyone who happens to be nearby? This is the remote control you are looking for! Would you like the door to close while you work in the yard? Again this is the product you are looking for! Life is definitely more interesting when you don't know when your garage door might accidentally open wide! Adventure seekers will love this product. And now I return.
