Well polished and neatly pierced and released. My only issue with them is that the damper tubes aren't very tight in the head (great for swapping out, but not functional), so I have to press them down lightly on my bench every few hits to snap them all back into place. Sometimes a tube or two falls completely out of the head during removal from the punch. I'll probably just put a dab of super glue on them to hold them in place at this point.
